The Designtex Product Services Team ensures complete customer satisfaction by guaranteeing that our products and finishes are the highest quality possible.  This team conducts staining, maintenance and performance testing and publishes their findings in comprehensive installation and care manuals for our clients.

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet a clients expectations, the Product Services Team manages product claims for products covered under our extensive warranty.
